The CLDF Tribute Funds is set up to remember and celebrate the lives of all the children who had a childhood liver disease or transplant who have sadly died.

Children’s Liver Disease Foundation was set up in 1980 by a family whose child sadly died.  Over the years the charity has grown dramatically and continues to make a real difference in the paediatric liver world in the UK.  CLDF promotes research into all aspects of childhood liver disease; provides emotional support; is the voice for babies, children, young people and their families and adults diagnosed in childhood; and provides effective information programmes and create a greater awareness of childhood liver disease.  With all of this in mind; CLDF also continues to place huge value and importance on its children who are sadly no longer with us.

CLDF's support does not end when a child dies, so please use this page to remember someone special to you, whether a son/daughter, brother, sister, friend or someone you spoke to a few times when you were on the ward or at a hospital visit – this tribute fund is a place for you. Light a candle, write a tribute, make a contribution to CLDFs vital work - However you want to use this tribute fund, please feel free.
