Don’t feel guilt dear gladioli said the daffodil now gone
I had my time to flower and I must say that I shone
I was grown to share and spread my joy and this I did achieve
And like me gladioli you too one day will leave
So no guilt or remorse should be felt for our passing
Just joy and love and memories everlasting.
